Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Came here today for my state inspection because the one at Pep Boys wasn’t there. Service by the entire team was super professional and courteous. One of the employees even brought me my water bottle to make sure I didn’t forget it. Couldn’t ask for a better experience and I will definitely be back. The Service Manager today, Paul was especially great!

I was highly satisfied with my experience from the moment I arrived. The staff greeted me right away, explained the service clearly, and kept me informed throughout the entire visit. They were professional, respectful, and never made me feel pressured to purchase services I did not need. The technicians worked efficiently while still paying close attention to detail. They completed my oil change quickly, checked the essential fluids and components, and explained what they inspected in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciated their transparency and willingness to answer my questions without rushing me. The facility was clean and well organized, and the team worked together smoothly, which gave me confidence in the quality of the service. The entire process was convenient, and I left feeling confident that my vehicle had been well taken care of. I would gladly return for future maintenance and recommend this location to family and friends.

Huge shoutout to the crew today—E.J. (CSR), Will (Top Side), and Matt (Bottom Side) did an absolute knock-out job on my Tacoma. It was awesome being able to stay right in my truck and watch how smoothly and efficiently the team worked together. They used an oil evac pump to draw out the old oil, which was super cool to watch—I could actually see how dirty my old oil was before they put the fresh stuff in. They were extremely thorough with their safety checks, too. While testing all my headlights, brake lights, and reverse lights, they caught a burnt-out reverse light I had no idea was out and replaced it on the spot. They also swapped out my cabin air filter, topped off all my fluids, and were nice enough to install a set of locking lug nuts I brought in with me. Everything was explained clearly from start to finish, everyone was super friendly, and I was even able to apply an online coupon at checkout. 5 stars across the board for E.J., Will, and Matt. Highly recommend this location!

Got an oil change done. Worked with Ej, Keyandre, and Brian. They were efficient and respectful. Left feeling informed about regular upkeep services for my car but not pressured to add them and there is always an easy to use coupon on their website.

I recently had an oil change with Amanda, the General Manager at Valvoline, and it was one of the best service experiences I've had. She was extremely informative and took the time to explain things about my car that I didn't know, which I really appreciated. She made the entire process seamless, stress-free, and easy to understand. What stood out most was how well Amanda manages her team and workspace. She makes sure every customer is acknowledged and taken care of, even on the hottest days and during busy periods. Her professionalism, leadership, and dedication to customer service are obvious from the moment you arrive. I left feeling confident about my vehicle and valued as a customer. Amanda is a huge asset to Valvoline, and I would gladly return because of the excellent experience she provided. Very happy customer!
